What the heck is a blog? Does your business need one? Mike will help you get started, share simple solutions & best practices and provide real examples from both major corporations and small local businesses.

8:20 - 8:40 Brand Reputation Management 101
- Mark Krupinski

What is brand management and why is it important to your business? What aspects of your business should you focus on and which tools should you use? Mark explores these questions and offers a number of solutions.

Rob Williams has been involved with social media and online interaction for over 5 years. He and his wife has recently opened an Internet Strategy company Orangejack LLC

Mike Whaling is the founder of 30 Lines—his company helps businesses take a strategic approach to their online branding by focusing on social media marketing, online reputation management and local search optimization. Mark Krupinski is the Community Manager of Rasmussen and doterati. As Community Manager, he is responsible for corporate communications and social media development. Prior to this role, Mark spent over 10 years in the travel industry focused on operations management and new product development.
